CONSTRUCTION and CIVIL WASTE
Terra Verde Resource Solutions Neerabup recycling facility recovers clean fill and road-base from residential construction and civil waste material. Recycled products comply with Department of Water and Environmental Regulation guideline criteria and are suitable for unrestricted reuse in homebuilding and land development applications.
Waste loaded on non-tipping vehicles (trailers, utes, flat-bed trucks, ect.), we offer fast, hands-free offloading at our facility with our Excavator & Operator Hire for a $30+GST handling fee*.
*Handling fee charged in addition to tip fees for waste disposal.

*Non–Reusable: Construction waste that is inconsistent with Terra Verde Resource Solutions recycling objectives is considered general waste for disposal at landfill. Such material includes: cement bags, plastic in any form, styrene, cardboard, brick-straps, Wespine off-cuts, plasterboard, concrete formwork, painted or laminated wood, boxes or crates, non-standard or foreign pallets, ceramic tiles, etc.
*Not Accepted: Asbestos in any form, asbestos look-alike in any form (eg Hardiflex, Super6), food and other putrescible waste, mixed unsorted demolition waste, backyard clean-ups, mixed unsorted skip bins (unless containing construction or civil waste to above standards and requirements), liquids and chemicals and other hazardous waste.
Reload fee: Asbestos contaminated loads that require re-loading will incur a $90 (Exc GST) material handling fee
